Our Therapy team Carpentaria’s multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Physiotherapists are based in Darwin (main office) and Alice Springs (sister office).
Our Remote Therapy Services team regularly travel to rural and remote communities including Maningrida, Milingimbi, Katherine, Barunga, Beswick, Kintore, Papunya, and APY Lands.
You’ll feel truly supported within the team, which includes an urban and remote Team Leader, multiple senior clinicians, a dedicated administration team, Operations Manager, and Director of Allied Health Services.
About you • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Darwin or Alice Springs • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist • Commitment to working with culturally and linguistically diverse people • Knowledge of the NDIS (preferred) • Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples (preferred) • Willing to commit to regular overnight trips (travel expenses paid) via 4WD or light aircraft (optional) The benefits of working with us We provide a positive work environment that encourages and promotes work/life balance, a sense of humour and having fun.In this role you will work with a passionate team who will encourage and inspire you to develop and progress your skills and career, whilst supporting Territorians with disabilities to live their best life.
