Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert remote guidance for the installation and setup of company equipment and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the installation process via remote access.

• Document installation procedures, client interactions, and resolutions meticulously.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.

Requirements
