Join the team building an AI-first company. As On-Site SEO Team Lead, you'll own the on-site SEO strategy across every product, lead our on-site specialists, govern the site-wide topical map, and scale our semantic SEO framework across the landing-page estate.

This is also a people-leadership role - you'll grow a team and be measured on what it ships.

Meet your future Team Lead: Emma Young, Head of Organic Marketing Your day-to-day • Own on-site SEO strategy across all products: landing pages, architecture, internal linking, and URL structure. • Govern the site-wide topical map and prioritize the content backlog against it. • Close the landing-page / content gap that drives both rankings and conversions. • Scale our semantic SEO framework so we own whole conversations, not single keywords. • Lead, hire, and coach the on-site specialist team. • Translate on-site wins into acquisition and billings impact for stakeholders.

What will help you succeed • 5+ years in on-site / content SEO on large, complex, multi-locale websites. • Deep expertise in site architecture, internal linking, URL/taxonomy strategy, and landing-page optimization at scale. • Hands‑on experience with topical maps and semantic SEO / topical authority frameworks. • People leadership experience, or clear readiness to step into a team lead role. • Commercially minded and comfortable influencing across content, technical, localization, and product. • Proficient with Ahrefs or SEMrush, GSC, GA4, and Screaming Frog / Sitebulb.

On-site SEO at this level is how the whole site fits together: architecture, internal linking, the topical map, and the bridge between the pages that convert and the content that feeds them.
