DPperformance is a fast-growing online coaching business. We help clients build strength, lose fat and keep it off through 1:1 online coaching, and we're growing our team of coaches.

What you'll do

• Coach a cohort of online clients through our coaching system
• Build and adjust training and nutrition plans in our coaching app
• Check in with clients weekly or fortnightly via Looms to track progress and keep them accountable
• Keep clients motivated and help them stay on track
• Work with our head coach and team to keep standards high

About you

• Cert III/IV in Fitness, or similar qualification (or equivalent experience)
• Real coaching experience, ideally online
• Strong communicator, confident in writing and on video/chat
• Organised, reliable and self-driven
• Passion for health, fitness and changing lives
