3+ years in operations management, medical administration, or comparable role.
Excellent written and verbal English, with experience in cash-pay medical billing. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and EMR or telehealth platform tools. Ownership, autonomy, and the pace of a pre-launch platform with real momentum.
