AufgabengebietManage and coordinate the end-to-end monthly payroll process for ItalyProcess payroll activities within ADP GlobalView and support Workday-related transactionsReview, validate and reconcile payroll inputs, outputs and reportsAdminister employee lifecycle events including hires, terminations, transfers and rehiresEnsure compliance with Italian payroll legislation and statutory requirementsHandle complex payroll topics including CCNL regulations, EGR bonus schemes, social security contributions and statutory fundsInvestigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiriesCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance and People OperationsCoordinate with external payroll providers and vendorsMaintain payroll documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer activitiesAnforderungsprofil Mandatory QualificationsHands-on payroll experience for
