Aufgabengebiet Manage and coordinate the end-to-end monthly payroll process for Italy Process payroll activities within ADP GlobalView and support Workday-related transactions Review, validate and reconcile payroll inputs, outputs and reports Administer employee lifecycle events including hires, terminations, transfers and rehires Ensure compliance with Italian payroll legislation and statutory requirements Handle complex payroll topics including CCNL regulations, EGR bonus schemes, social security contributions and statutory funds Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance and People Operations Coordinate with external payroll providers and vendors Maintain payroll documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer activities Anforderungsprofil Mandatory Qualifications Hands-on payroll experience for Italy Strong knowledge of Italian payroll legislation, taxation and compliance requirements Experience managing payroll for medium to large organizations (300+ employees) Proven experience handling complex payroll calculations and corrections Fluent E
