Qualifications:
• PharmD required; current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in state of residence or ability to gain reciprocity.
• Retail, hospital, or specialty pharmacy experience required; utilization and case management experience preferred.
• Expert in Microsoft Office Suite.
