Principal Structural Engineer (Remote)

Applicants Must Have The Following Requirements

• Must have a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering
• Must be a Chartered Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers.
• Must have 8–10+ years’ post-qualification experience within a structural engineering consultancy environment.
• Must have a strong portfolio of UK-standard structural engineering projects.
• Must have proven experience leading teams, delivering profitable design solutions, and managing stakeholder relationships at a senior level.
• Must have excellent technical judgement with a strong understanding of structural behaviour, engineering codes, design principles, and relevant software tools.
• Must have strong commercial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets, identify opportunities, and drive project value.
• Must be a confident communicator and strategic thinker, with the ability to lead remotely and build strong professional relationships.
• Must demonstrate a high level of personal accountability, ownership, and commitment to continuous improvement.
