Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop novel chemical processes for new product lines.
• Conduct laboratory and pilot-scale experiments to validate process designs and gather critical performance data.
• Utilize process simulation tools to model, analyze, and optimize process parameters for efficiency and yield.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues arising during process development and scale-up phases.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, feasibility studies, and process documentation for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate effectively with remote R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams worldwide.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in chemical process development and scale-up.
• Proficiency in chemical process simulation software (e.g., CHEMCAD, COMSOL) and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong theoretical foundation in chemical kinetics, reaction engineering, and separation technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage projects within defined timelines.
