Role Overview
This is an individual contributor role first, with the possible future opportunity to mentor and shape a design team as we grow.
Responsibilities Own end-to-end product design across core and new initiatives; Set a high bar for UI quality and usability; Evolve and protect our design system for scalable growth; Collaborate deeply with Engineering, designing with real technical constraints and trade-offs in mind; Partner with Product to translate vision and data into strong UX decisions; Design product-led growth flows (activation, adoption, retention); Mentor junior designers as the team grows; Lead by influence: setting standards, giving strong design critique, and raising the design bar without formal authority.

Our clients rely on us to simplify, scale, and optimize their influencer marketing operations.
