• Design, review, and critique intuitive user experiences and interfaces across various digital platforms.
• Evaluate the usability and functionality of AI-driven products, providing actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate and test design concepts for AI training interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful design solutions.
• Document and communicate design decisions clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.

Requirements

• Have a proven track record as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design for web and/or mobile applications.
• Possess expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Have a deep understanding of UX research, usability testing, and iterative design methodologies.
• Be able to synthesize feedback and adapt designs quickly to evolving requirements.
• Be familiar with accessible and inclusive design principles.
