Position

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Product Manager (K/M) for our client from the HR technology industry.

Additional information

Our client is developing an AI-powered platform for recruiters and staffing agencies and is expanding its operations into the French market from its regional technology hub in Lyon.

The Product Manager will initially be responsible for product discovery and delivering solutions tailored to the French market, working closely with existing engineering and design teams. The role focuses on adapting and localizing LLM-based features for French partners and includes both rapid prototyping of new solutions from scratch (0-to-1) and scaling and enhancing existing production features.

In the longer term, the position will involve taking on broader responsibility for product development in the region, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role supporting the company’s European expansion.

Work model: Remote.

Offered salary

Salary: depending on experience and competences.

You’re ideal for this role if you:

  • Are fluent in both French and English.
  • Have at least 5 years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record in product discovery, solution design, and delivery within complex environments and cross‑functional teams.
  • Have hands‑on experience managing or implementing AI/LLM‑powered products in production and understand how to evaluate AI features, improve them iteratively, and implement appropriate safety and governance measures.
  • Are comfortable discussing technical topics and collaborating closely with engineering teams on backend services, APIs, and frontend applications.
  • Have experience working directly with customers and can effectively translate business needs into technical requirements, and vice versa.
  • Are passionate about emerging AI technologies and approach their application in B2B environments in a responsible and thoughtful manner.
  • Regularly use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other productivity‑enhancing solutions in your daily work.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in HR Tech, recruitment, or platforms supporting staffing and recruitment agencies.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Defining the product vision and roadmap for adapting Noa’s LLM‑powered capabilities to staffing processes and partner systems in the French market.
  • Taking ownership of cross‑system solution delivery, collaborating with engineering teams to break down initiatives into testable and deliverable stages, and coordinating implementations with business partners.
  • Conducting user and stakeholder research to develop a deep understanding of the French staffing market and using these insights to drive product and technical decisions.
  • Working closely with design and engineering teams to prototype new solutions and validate them with users and partners, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to assess product direction.
  • Ensuring alignment between business and technical teams by clearly defining product requirements, presenting solution options, and explaining constraints and trade‑offs.
  • Defining, tracking, and monitoring key success metrics for the French market, ensuring product reliability, delivery of tangible business value, and continuous improvement.
