About the RoleAs the Connected Care product expert for EMEA, you will lead product launches, drive adoption, and influence product strategy across our digital healthcare portfolio.

Working closely with regional and global teams, you'll translate customer needs into actionable insights, support local markets, and ensure our Connected Care solutions deliver value to clinicians, providers, and patients alike. What You'll DoDevelop and execute Connected Care product strategies across EMEALead regional and local product launches from planning through executionAct as the voice of the customer, translating market insights into product and commercial recommendationsPartner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Global Product teamsSupport local markets with implementation, adoption, and product expertiseMonitor product performance and identify opportunities to accelerate growthBuild compelling product positioning and value propositionsDrive advocacy for Cochlear's Connected Care portfolio internally and externallyWhat You'll BringDegree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, Medical Sciences, Audiology, or a related field4+ years of Product Management experienceExperience within healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or digital healthStrong project management and stakeholder
