Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies for artificial lift systems (e.g., ESPs, rod pumps, gas lift).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot production problems, including equipment failures and operational bottlenecks.
• Optimize well and facility performance through the application of sound engineering principles.
• Collaborate with reservoir engineers on production forecasting and recovery enhancement projects.
• Work with facilities engineers to ensure smooth integration of production and surface operations.
• Monitor key production metrics and provide regular performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational regulations.
• Identify and implement new technologies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in production engineering within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Solid understanding of production operations, including artificial lift, wellhead management, and flow assurance.
• Proficiency in production data analysis and interpretation software.
• Experience with production optimization techniques and economic evaluation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and practices in production operations.
