About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations remotely. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily/weekly production schedules to meet demand forecasts and client needs.
• Monitor production performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for process improvement.
• Ensure adherence to strict quality control standards and regulatory compliance across all manufacturing processes.
• Manage and motivate a remote production team, providing clear direction, feedback, and support.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely material procurement and product delivery.
• Oversee inventory management and waste reduction initiatives within the production workflow.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervision or management role within manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and operations effectively.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
