We are expanding our team and seeking talented individuals to help drive industry leading innovation, With Heart.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Program Lead, FSP Operations (Data Management) to join Parexel's Functional Service Provider organization.

You will work closely with functional leaders, regional leaders, and line managers to develop scalable solutions, optimize program performance, and drive sustainable growth within the Data Management function.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall success of assigned Data Management FSP programs by ensuring high quality service delivery, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and regulatory complianceProvide strategic direction to FSP management teams on program level financial performance, resource optimization, and margin improvement opportunitiesManage financial aspects of FSP programs, including budget planning, resource allocation, cost management, financial reporting, profitability targets, and contract oversightOversee the development and management of workforce infrastructure that supports successful FSP program executionLead strategic initiatives that strengthen and expand FSP service offerings within the Data Management functionDevelop comprehensive and scalable FSP solutions that address the specific needs of clients while supporting long term program growthEstablish frameworks and standardized approaches for FSP service delivery while maintaining flexibility for program specific requirementsImplement quality standards, reporting mechanisms, and performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness across FSP operationsDrive knowledge sharing and process harmonization across FSP programs while ensuring compliance with applicable industry regulationsIdentify opportunities to expand FSP services and develop targeted business strategies that support client and organizational objectivesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and long term partnership successCandidate ProfileYou’ll thrive in this role if you bring:Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skillsExperience leading Data Management FSP programs within a CRO environmentThe ability to influence cross functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levelsA customer focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high quality results and operational excellenceExperience with workforce forecasting, resource planning, billing processes, financial tracking, and performance reporting within an FSP environmentRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experienceMinimum 5+ years of FSP Data Management leadership experience in a CRO setting and a minimum of 3 years of previous line management experienceDirect experience with FSP Program Leadership within the Data Management functionExperience with FSP resourcing projections, billing processes, workforce forecasting, and financial trackingComprehensive understanding of FSP operational requirements across multiple therapeutic areasKnowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical trial operational frameworksExperience developing and implementing FSP solutions for diverse client typesAbility to identify and address the unique challenges associated with FSP service delivery in different functional contextsUnderstanding of the operational needs and regulatory frameworks governing clinical trialsExperience building and managing cross functional teams with expertise across multiple therapeutic areasStrong communication, organizational, relationship management, and problem solving skillsPreferred QualificationsAdvanced degree in a life sciences, healthcare, business, or related disciplineExperience supporting multiple therapeutic areas within clinical development programsExperience developing scalable FSP delivery models and service frameworksFamiliarity with performance measurement, quality management, and operational process improvement initiativesBenefits and CompensationHealth, Vision & Dental InsuranceVacation/Holiday/Sick TimeFlexible benefit portalCar or car allowance (only applicable roles)If this job doesn’t sound like the next step in your career, but perhaps you know of someone who’d be a perfect fit, send them the link to apply!We believe in flexibility, growth, and creating space for people to do their best work.
