We are looking for a Project Coordinator (m/f/d) to support the implementation of retail, POS, and shopper marketing projects for the German and international markets. Excellent German language skills (minimum B2/C1) are mandatory , as your daily communication will mainly be with promoters, partners, and internal teams in German.

Your responsibilities include: • Supporting the planning and implementation of retail, POS, and shopper marketing projects • Coordinating promoter and field sales teams throughout project execution • Communicating with promoters, service providers, and internal teams in German • Supporting the selection and organization of project staff together with the Recruiting team • Preparing and maintaining project briefings, documentation, and operational guidelines • Monitoring project progress and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations • Collecting feedback from on-site teams and supporting continuous quality improvements • Preparing project reports and summaries Your Profile You are well organized, enjoy communicating with people, and can keep track of multiple tasks at the same time.
