Project Lead (Remote)

We are hiring for one of our clients to lead a high-impact project requiring deep legal and strategic expertise. The role involves overseeing the development and execution of legal frameworks for emerging technologies. Candidates must have a J.D. and a track record of managing complex legal projects in technology-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement legal strategies aligned with project goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance in product development cycles.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation efforts for technology-related legal challenges.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and policy documents to protect organizational interests.
• Provide legal guidance to stakeholders on intellectual property, data privacy, and contractual obligations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of legal experience with at least 3 years in a project leadership role.
• Strong understanding of technology law, including data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI regulations.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex legal agreements and contracts.
• Ability to translate legal concepts into actionable business strategies for non-legal stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and compliance frameworks.
