Qualifications: Project management experience, preferably in professional services, technology, or cybersecurity consulting. Demonstrated ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, and resourcing across multiple concurrent engagements. Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to lead client and executive conversations.
At 30 days: complete onboarding, integrate with projects, meet stakeholders, become proficient in tools. At 90 days: own a portfolio independently, deliver clean records, earn client trust, surface risks early. At 180 days: carry full portfolio, contribute PMO improvements, demonstrate fluency in cybersecurity service lines.
