Position Overview As a Project Manager at FrontWell Solutions, you will lead consulting projects across various MES and LIMS products, ensuring their seamless integration and delivery.

Key Responsibilities Project Oversight: Manage end-to-end consulting projects ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and superior quality. Role Establishment: Spearhead the development of the project management function, shaping best practices and SOPs.

Global Contribution: Collaborate with the global PMO to enhance project management strategies and share best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a software implementation environment. At least 3 years of project management experience. MES or LIMS background is highly desirable.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Technical aptitude with a willingness to work hands-on in a consultant-like role occasionally. Self-starter who thrives in startup-like environments and learns quickly. Proven ability to balance customer and personal success in project settings.
