Responsibilities • Serve as primary Hexagon representative to customer partners • Effectively manage projects to deliver on time, on cost and according to client quality expectations • Develop project plans, including scope, budget, deliverables, schedule and project team responsibilities to accomplish project objectives • Coordinate work and provide instructions, advice, leadership and guidance to a diverse group of team members • Review work in progress and assess completed work for accuracy, required results and desired quality • Ensure timely and accurate communication between project team members, management and customers • Facilitate the resolution of issues and escalations • Participate in project scoping activities, including producing and/or validating LOEs and SOWs • Prepare customer‑facing and internal status and financial reporting • Other duties as assigned Education / Qualifications • A bachelor's degree, or commensurate, documented experience in a role with similar responsibilities • PMI PMP or equivalent certification is preferred • Minimum 5 years project management experience implementing large software implementations • Prior experience with managing complex technical projects and programs – preferably in Public Safety • Strong written and oral communication and critical thinking skills • Intermediate to senior level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project proficiency • A self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented mindset • An eager, passionate, and professional owner of all aspects of the project management craft • An open‑minded, embracer of diversity of thought and cultivating PMO team‑culture About Octave Octave provides mission‑critical software that empowers organizations to make informed decisions across every stage of the asset lifecycle — Design, Build, Operate and Protect — where performance, safety, and reliability are non‑negotiable and failure is not an option.
