Requirements • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years’ finance experience, including at least 2 years in the hospitality sector. • Strong knowledge of hospitality financial operations, budgeting, and reporting. • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.Experience with Sage (Intacct preferred) or a similar accounting system. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and reporting abilities. • Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data for non‑finance teams. • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. • Proactive and collaborative working style.

Key Responsibilities • Oversee all property finance functions across multiple luxury lodge operations. • Manage financial controls, including purchase orders, cash flow, petty cash, and reconciliations. • Validate daily revenue and ensure accurate and timely reporting. • Oversee inventory, fixed asset registers, and operational equipment tracking. • Lead and manage annual budgeting processes with department heads. • Prepare management accounts, variance analysis, flash reports, and provide financial insights. • Support pricing strategy for lodge extras and ancillary revenue streams. • Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with group SOPs. • Support external audit processes and ensure accurate documentation. • Act as key finance liaison between lodges and the support office. • Provide financial guidance and support to operational teams. • Collaborate with HR on payroll‑related financial processes.
