Position Description
We are looking for an experienced QA Team Lead / QA Manager to lead and continuously improve our Quality Assurance function across multiple products and development initiatives. This role is focused on QA leadership, test strategy, planning, process ownership, and team management.
The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure that quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle and that releases meet the highest standards before reaching clients.
This is an ideal opportunity for a senior QA professional who combines strong leadership skills with a deep understanding of software development processes, quality management, and modern testing methodologies. Position Responsibilities Lead and manage the QA team, including resource planning, workload management, mentoring, and career development.
The position requires someone who can effectively lead and mentor QA professionals, define testing approaches, manage testing activities across projects, and establish scalable QA processes and standards.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining test plans, test strategies, test cases, and quality metrics while coordinating testing efforts across both manual and automated testing initiatives. Define, implement, and continuously improve QA processes, standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
