Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. • 5+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment. • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing QA teams, preferably in a remote capacity . • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC ). • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with quality control software and tools. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
