The Vancouver Clinic is hiring a general radiologist — any subspecialty background welcome — for our growing 7-person department. We’re an independent, 100% physician-owned, 500-clinician multispecialty group in southwest Washington, 15 minutes from Portland, in a state with no income tax. Start date is flexible, with room for a 2026 or 2027 start.
Compensation Radiologists earned $550K–$665K in 2025 by choice of shift count; a full 4-day-per-week schedule models to ~$736K ~$4,000/9-hour shift ($440/hour) is our 2026 YTD partner rate Pooled partnership model: wRVUs go into a monthly pool and are distributed pro-rata by shifts worked, on an average workload of 72 wRVU/day Full partner shift rate from day 1 — no associate discount 2-year partnership track with no large buy-in Internal partners get first right of refusal on open shifts before locums — extra income is available whenever you want it Starting bonus up to $35,000, scaled to FTE Schedule 8 AM to 5 PM weekday shifts 3–4 shifts per week is what most of us work by choice; more available if you want it One in-person day per week; the rest remote No call.
