This role is integral to overseeing the successful execution of various real estate development and renovation projects. You will manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and finalize real estate projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Acquire and manage project resources, including personnel, contractors, and materials.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and managing changes.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all relevant parties in a remote setting.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
