Partners come from leading City, national and international firms, senior in‑house roles, and established boutique or independent practices. This may be as an individual practitioner or with a view to building and growing a team.

Essential Requirements • An active practising certificate/ licence to practice law with no restrictions • Willingness to operate on self‑employed basis • Fluent in English Our recruitment process • Introductory video call with member of Talent Acquisition team. • First meeting* with senior management team in relevant jurisdiction. • Second meeting* with another management team member or colleague from relevant location or practice area. • Background checks conducted. • Onboarding & training on systems and meeting various support team members (marketing, accounts, technology).
