• Partner with senior managers and HR to fill pipeline and attract key talent.
YOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE:
• Screen candidates via resume review and phone interviews, and conduct recruitment planning with hiring managers.
• Create performance-based interview questions and verify offer details with HR.
• Manage recruitment tracking and use Smart Recruiters for full-cycle candidate management.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?:
• Minimum 3 years of high-volume recruiting for industrial/skilled trades across multiple locations.
• Proven ability to source both active and passive candidates in tight labour markets.
• Proficient in English and Spanish, with strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.
