Outpost Recruitment is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Sourcer who will work remotely in Canada.

We provide local and international talent to working on ICI (Institutional, Commercial & Industrial) buildings and infrastructure projects across Canada, with strong ties with 7 of the Top 10 Canadian Contractors. We place construction professionals that play key roles in the construction of Canada’s landmark buildings and infrastructure projects.
Base salary ($60,000-$80,000) plus commission. We are a boutique agency serving the Canadian construction sector for over 10 years who do recruitment differently as we believe the industry is broken.

Requirements of Recruiter / Talent Sourcer 2+ years of sourcing / headhunting experience on construction leadership roles Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships and follow strong ethical principles.
