The International Recruitment internship is designed for university students and young graduates who are interested to build career in recruitment and in particular in tech recruitment.
Therefore, we encourage everyone who is interested in technology, people to apply
Structure
We offer internships from 2 to 6 months
Prior to the start selected applicants will have a 2 week long recruitment bootcamp consisting of trainings, tasks, learning about IT, Recruitment and Sales
We will choose the interns based on the results of the bootcamp
Requirements
• Advanced English (B2 - C1)
• German or other languages are an advantage
• First experience in recruitment, sales or research jobs is nice to have
• High Speed internet access

The programm is designed to introduce you to the world of international recruitment with the focus on Tech Market in Germany.
You will be exposed to all stages of the recruitment job that starts with the market research, vacancy research, candidate search and first contact and ends with the offer negotiation.
You will also touch such an important part of the life of the recruitment agency as business development, winning new clients and delivering premium service to existing clients.
The recruitment is considered to be the closest to sales job, so those who are having fun talking to people, selling them a vision, finding out their demands will find the job rewarding.
But contemporary recruitment also offers a great opportunity to those young people who are less communicative over the phone but prefer to spend their work hours in front of PC, chatting or doing research. The career path of recruitment researcher would be a good choice for you.
