Attract, approach, and engage with medical and healthcare professionals within your specific healthcare specialization and patch. Inherit an existing book of clients and candidates jobs to fill immediately. Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates, while generating new business opportunities.
Operate in a warm seat environment, maintaining our market-leading reputation. Desired Experience & Qualification Exposure to recruitment as a 360/180-degree recruiter non-negotiable. Minimum of 1 year experience in a commercial / agency background. Business development skills are considered desirable.
Package & Remuneration
Salary: Basic of R20,000 – R30,000 per month DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE. Commission Structure in place.
