We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Technician / Technical Support Specialist to join our Technical Help Desk team in Eastern Creek. You'll also work closely with internal teams including Engineering, Distribution, Service and Sales, ensuring customers receive accurate and timely technical support.

The Role Working within the Technical Help Desk, you'll provide expert technical advice and remote support across a range of branded products to plumbers, gas fitters, refrigeration and HVAC trades, installers and consumers.

You'll become a trusted technical resource, helping customers diagnose issues, understand product operation and access the right service and maintenance information.
