About the Opportunity
We have an exciting and diverse opportunity for a Rehabilitation Consultant from an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist discipline to join our growing team on a contractor basis.
You will be assisting individuals to recover from injury and return to work through a client‑centered approach, focusing on health and wellbeing. You’ll be managing a portfolio of cases including Workers Compensation, Motor Accidents Insurance Board (MAIB) and Workplace Health & Safety Assessments.
We are open to candidates based in Burnie, Devonport or Melbourne, including those interested in a FIFO arrangement to support service delivery across Tasmania. Support individuals throughout their rehabilitation journey and guide them through the process.
Assist individuals to recover from injury and return to work through a client‑centered approach, focusing on health and wellbeing. Manage a portfolio of cases including Workcover TAS and MAIB claims. Undertake assessments such as initial needs assessments, worksite assessments, and vocational assessments.
Collaborate and liaise with employers, medical and other allied health professionals. Identify barriers preventing clients from returning to work. Document case notes as part of your repor
