• Curate and validate occupational therapy training materials for AI systems
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to enhance AI understanding of rehabilitation processes
• Analyze patient case data to define therapy goals and simulated outcomes
• Contribute to the design and validation of AI-enabled occupational therapy programs

Requirements
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR or equivalent) with relevant clinical experience
• Strong skills in rehabilitation program planning and clinical documentation
• Experience teaching, mentoring, or working with assistive technology
• Ability to analyze functional and medical data for goal setting
• Comfortable working in a remote, tech-enabled collaborative environment
• Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail
