Relocate to Greece for a Remote Job | German Customer Care (Insurance) Location: Remote within Greece only (based in Piraeus, Greece) Important: This role is remote, but you must live in Greece to do the job. If you're abroad, you will need to move to Greece (relocation support available).

You'll work on a stable, regulated, high-impact insurance project—while enjoying the lifestyle and flexibility of living in Greece and working from home. What You'll Do (Customer Care Agent – German Market) You will be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, handling inbound and outbound communication.

Customer Support & Case Management • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email (German) • Process insurance claims and resolve issues efficiently • Escalate complex cases according to internal procedures Motor Insurance Operations • Process new vehicle insurance applications • Manage contract changes, conversions, and terminations • Handle correspondence and documentation Administrative Tasks (High Accuracy Required) • Accurate contract logging (business-critical) • Process address changes, account updates, and SEPA mandates • Ensure timely handling of incoming documents (email/post) Additional Responsibilities • Provide insurance advice and prepare tailored offers • Cross-sell additional insurance products (liability, property, legal, etc.) • Support onboarding (e.g., self-service portal registrations) • Schedule pension consultation appointments What We're Looking For Language • German C1+ (fluent) Skills & Competencies • Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset • Ability to explain complex insurance topics clearly • Strong problem-solving with focus on first-contact resolution • High attention to detail (data entry & documentation) • Comfortable multitasking across systems in a fast-paced environment Technical Requirements • Confident PC user (Windows, CRM systems, MS Office) • Typing speed 25 WPM with 85% accuracy Education • Minimum high school diploma Work Setup & Training • Fully remote—only within Greece • Training from home Growth & Development • Continuous training and upskilling • Exposure to a leading European insurance environment • Build long-term expertise in insurance operations & customer care Apply Now If you are a German speaker looking for a stable remote role in Greece (and you're ready to relocate if needed), apply now to take the next step in your career.
