Overview In this role you ensure high-quality remote access services by owning the Citrix NetScaler-based infrastructure. You will configure, secure, and optimize NetScaler for high availability and performance, while handling advanced troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance. You’ll participate in disaster recovery planning and drive project work, including 3rd-level support and 24/7 on-call duty. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable access for the business.
Verantwortungsbereiche Own the IT service for remote access infrastructure based on Citrix NetScaler Configure and optimize NetScaler for high availability, scalability, and performance Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex NetScaler-related issues Ensure NetScaler security through ongoing configuration and features Perform regular maintenance: firmware updates, backups, log analysis Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning Support projects and project activities 3rd level support and 24/7 on-call duty Zentrale Anforderungen Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing) In-depth knowledge of load balancing, content switching, and application delivery controllers Excellent troubleshooting and issue-resolution skills Clear communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Self-motivated with proactive mindset
Experience with Citrix NetScaler (12.x or later) Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and automation tools Certifications: CCP-N or CCE-N Knowledge of Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, 2FA/MFA, PKI, Mail gateway English fluency; German desired Effective communication Collaboration Problem-solving Citrix NetScaler (12.x+) Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing) Load balancing and content switching
