Finance Team The finance team in Wazuh operates in close collaboration with other departments, such as sales, marketing, product development, and human resources, to support the company's overall goals and objectives.

Daily follow-up on payments received, weekly communications with customers with open and overdue invoices, monthly report of AR Balance. • AR reconciliations • Prepare routine accrual and reclassification entries • Reconciliation with SalesForce and Stripe. • Maintain journal entry-related documentation • Maintain tax and insurance documents for customers. • Assist with month-end activities including preparation of account reconciliations, and post-closing reports • Special projects as assigned Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. • 2+ years of related Accounting/Accounts Receivable experience required. • Basic understanding of accounting rules and practice. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. • Self-starter, with ability to work independently and with a team with excellent planning and organizational skills. • Team player who can interact well with any level of management or employee. • Hands-on mentality We offer • 100% remote. • Home office budget. • A forward-moving career path with professional growth opportunities. • Collaboration and development with some of the leading international IT companies. • Positive, supportive and collaborative work environment.
