About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest advancements in dermatology, cosmetic science, laser technology, and aesthetic treatments.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential client records using the company's digital platform.
• Collaborate effectively with a remote team of dermatologists, aestheticians, and client support specialists.
• Assist in the development of educational content and protocols for skincare and laser treatments.
• Troubleshoot common client concerns related to treatments and product use.

Requirements

• A recognized professional certification in Laser Technology, Advanced Skincare, or Aesthetics (e.g., Laser Safety Officer certification, advanced aesthetician qualifications).
• A minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience performing advanced skincare treatments and operating various laser and aesthetic devices.
• In‑depth knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, various skin types and conditions, and dermatological principles.
• Proficiency in developing and explaining complex treatment plans and protocols.
• Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport remotely.
• Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high standards of professional conduct.
• Proficiency in using virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and digital record‑keeping systems.
