About the Role

You will leverage your deep understanding of dermatology, product ingredients, and treatment protocols to guide clients through their skincare journeys. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth virtual consultations and skin assessments using provided tools and client information.
• Develop personalized skincare routines and treatment plans based on individual skin types, concerns, and goals.
• Provide expert advice on product selection, ingredient efficacy, and proper application techniques.
• Educate clients on dermatological conditions, preventative skincare, and lifestyle factors affecting skin health.
• Monitor client progress remotely and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in dermatology, skincare science, and product innovation.

Requirements

• A recognized qualification in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Skincare Specialist or Aesthetician , with a strong focus on advanced treatments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and various dermatological conditions.
• Proficiency in analyzing skin concerns and recommending evidence-based solutions.
• Exceptional communication, active listening, and client-management skills.
• Comfortable and proficient with video conferencing and digital client management platforms.
