About the Role Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Remote Agile Project Manager to join their dynamic team, working entirely from home. You will be responsible for guiding software development teams through the Agile lifecycle, ensuring efficient product delivery and fostering a collaborative remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) for distributed teams. • Manage and groom the product backlog in close collaboration with product owners and development teams. • Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress, ensuring smooth sprint execution. • Track project progress, velocity, and key Agile metrics, reporting transparently to stakeholders. • Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Ensure the delivery of high-quality software increments according to sprint goals.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master in a software development environment. • Proven ability to manage projects and teams effectively in a fully remote setting using virtual tools. • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application. • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills. • Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is required.
