Remote Agile Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Agile Project Manager to join their innovative team. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to contribute to impactful projects from anywhere. You will be responsible for guiding software development teams using Agile methodologies, ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality products. This role demands excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to foster a productive and transparent remote working environment, driving continuous improvement and successful product releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide and coach development teams on Agile principles and practices to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources within an Agile framework.
• Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress and productivity.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and priorities.
• Track and report on team velocity, project progress, and key Agile metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional, distributed teams in a remote setting.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
