Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple agricultural sites remotely, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to maximize crop yields, minimize costs, and enhance overall productivity.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational expenditures across all assigned agricultural projects.
• Implement and monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all operational sites.
• Lead, mentor, and manage remote teams of farm managers, agronomists, and other agricultural staff.
• Utilize technology and data analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make informed operational decisions.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and other external stakeholders.
• Continuously research and propose innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and sustainability.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agricultural Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in agricultural operations management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Demonstrated experience in remote team management and leading distributed operations.
• Proficiency in farm management software, data analysis tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Strong understanding of crop production, soil management, pest control, and farm machinery.
• Excellent strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, adapted for a remote environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and budgets effectively.
