Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and map current agricultural supply chains, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics, inventory management, and transportation of agricultural goods.
• Collaborate with farmers, processors, distributors, and retailers to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Implement traceability systems and quality control measures throughout the supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with specific experience in the agricultural or food industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and transportation management.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment , managing projects across different time zones.
