Key Responsibilities

• Consult with farmers and agricultural businesses to understand their operational challenges and technology requirements.

• Provide remote technical support, training, and troubleshooting assistance to clients, ensuring optimal utilization of our products.
• Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on user experience and suggest enhancements based on market needs.
• Analyze agricultural data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Stay current with advancements in agricultural technology, industry trends, and best practices in precision farming.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document client interactions, technical issues, and solutions implemented in a clear and concise manner.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Agronomy, Agribusiness, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the agricultural sector, with a strong emphasis on the application of technology in farming.
• Proven experience with farm management software (FMS), precision agriculture tools, and data analytics platforms.
• Excellent understanding of various crop production systems and farming operations.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software and hardware solutions.
