In this vital role, you will provide expert advice and support to agricultural producers across various regions, focusing on sustainable farming practices, crop health, and yield optimization.

Key Responsibilities • Provide remote expert consultation on crop management, soil fertility, pest and disease control, and irrigation strategies. • Analyze client farm data, including soil tests, yield reports, and satellite imagery, to develop customized agricultural plans. • Stay abreast of the latest research and technological advancements in agronomy and sustainable agriculture. • Develop and deliver educational materials and webinars for farmers and agricultural professionals. • Maintain strong client relationships, offering ongoing support and troubleshooting agricultural challenges.

Requirements • Advanced degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or a closely related agricultural field. • Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in agronomy, with a strong understanding of diverse cropping systems. • Excellent knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices, integrated pest management, and precision farming techniques. • Proficiency in using farm management software and digital communication tools for remote client interaction. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
