Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote agronomic support and recommendations to farmers using digital platforms and data analysis tools.

• Analyze soil, weather, and crop data to develop tailored management plans for optimal yield and quality.

• Advise on crop nutrition, pest and disease management, irrigation, and planting strategies based on data insights.

• Assist in the development and refinement of agronomic models and decision-support tools.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agronomy, with a focus on crop production and management.

• Proven expertise in analyzing agricultural data, including soil tests, weather patterns, and yield data.

• Proficiency with precision agriculture tools, GIS software, and farm management information systems.

• Excellent remote communication and presentation skills, comfortable with virtual client interactions.
