Remote AI Ethics & Governance Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the organization's AI ethics and governance strategy.
• Establish policies and guidelines for responsible AI development, data privacy, and bias mitigation.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, engineering, product) to ensure adherence to ethical standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Ethics, Law, Public Policy, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in ethics, governance, or policy, with at least 5 years focused on AI ethics.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their societal implications.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing ethical frameworks and governance models.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives in a remote setting.
