Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for troubleshooting and resolving aircraft electrical and avionics systems issues.
• Analyze maintenance logs, flight data, and diagnostic reports to identify root causes of electrical faults.
• Collaborate with on-site maintenance crews, guiding them through complex repair procedures via telecommunication.
• Develop and refine troubleshooting guides and technical documentation for electrical systems.
• Liaise with engineering departments to facilitate component repairs or replacements.
• Monitor trends in electrical system performance and recommend proactive maintenance strategies.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Aircraft Electrical Technician or Avionics Technician.
• In-depth knowledge of aircraft electrical power generation, distribution, and avionics systems.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex electrical faults using diagnostic software and test equipment.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations and safety standards related to electrical systems.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
