About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical guidance and support for aircraft interior maintenance, repair, and refurbishment projects.

• Liaise with on-site teams via video calls, phone, and digital platforms to ensure work quality and adherence to standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, processes, and regulations related to aircraft cabin interiors .
• Assist in developing standardized procedures for interior maintenance and repair tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an Aircraft Interior Technician or in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft cabin materials, systems (e.g., IFE, lighting), and finishing techniques.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools and remote collaboration platforms.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for interior components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to guide remote teams effectively.
• A relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience in aviation interior maintenance.
